Welcome to "MBA Bites: Bite-sized Lecture," an exclusive opportunity offered by ESMT Berlin to give you a taste of our MBA programs. During these bite-sized lectures, our esteemed professors will offer a glimpse into the heart of our MBA programs, sharing insights, expertise, and the essence of what makes our educational journey life-changing.
This month's edition features a lecture by Konstantin Korotov, professor of organizational behavior at ESMT Berlin. He has previously held additional positions as the Faculty Lead in the Executive MBA program, the director of the ESMT Center for Leadership Development Research (CLDR), which he co-founded with Prof. Manfred Kets de Vries, and as Associate Dean of Executive Education. Konstantin received his PhD in Management (Organizational Behavior) at INSEAD (France, Singapore, and Abu-Dhabi). In addition to his academic work, he has over 25 years of practical management and leadership development experience in Europe, Asia, Middle East and the Americas.
His executive education portfolio includes programs for, among others, Siemens, Bosch, Daimler, Allianz, Deutsche Telekom, RWE, EY, Axel Springer, KPMG, McDonald’s, BAT, Lufthansa, Symrise, Hereaus, Brose, Mahle, Compass Group, etc.
