MBA Bites: Bite-sized lecture
Welcome to "MBA Bites: Bite-sized Lecture," an exclusive opportunity offered by ESMT Berlin to give you a taste of our MBA programs. During these bite-sized lectures, our esteemed professors will offer a glimpse into the heart of our MBA programs, sharing insights, expertise, and the essence of what makes our educational journey life-changing.
This month's edition features a lecture by Nora Grasselli, a lecturer in leadership and a member of the ESMT faculty. In addition, she is acting as program director for executive education programs. Her teaching and research interests are leadership for middle managers, leadership transitions, collaboration across organizational boundaries, teamwork mediated through technology, experiential learning, and innovation in executive education.
Her work has been published in journals such as MIT Sloan Management Review, Organization Studies, the European Business Review, and Forbes. Nora has published several case studies with Harvard Business Publishing.
Nora studied management, with focus on organization studies. She obtained her PhD at HEC Paris and during her doctoral studies she was visiting fellow at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and at RMIT (Melbourne).
Prior to joining ESMT Berlin Nora worked for the Boston Consulting Group. She also was teaching for MBA and executive programs at multiple business schools including HEC Paris, Oxford Said, Reims School of Management, and the Central European University.
